Family Blessings

God has blessed me beyond measure! What a wonderful treasure He has given me in family -- a loving wife, fantastic children, and amazing grand children! Thank you Lord!!!!

I am by nature not a blogger. However, this blog has been inspired by two of my daughters who write very well and have been used by the Lord to get me involved. You can find both of their blogs, which are well worth your time, listed below. See with "thankful hearts" and "in the details".

As a pastor (no longer full-time) most of what you see here will be Bible studies and sermons that I have prepared with an occassional outpouring of miscellaneous thoughts. I am passionate about God's Word and enjoy very much spending time as my heavenly Father teaches me, admonishes me, and encourages me through my time with Him in His Word. It is my prayer that He will use these thoughts in your life as well.

Feel free to leave comments. I do not expect eveyone to agree with my conclusions and I have learned long ago that it is ok to agree to disagree on matters of the Bible that leave room for interpretation.
